Garden of Earthly Delights

Garden of Earthly Delights, Hieronymus Bosch

Along the roadside between C'an Picafort and Arta grew the arbutus that Will's mother said would bear white flowers and red fruit simultaneously in a month or two. I wanted to see that, I wondered if I ever would. She said the fruit was like strawberries growing on branches.

'They look like strawberries but they have no taste.'

That is one of the few remarks of Iris Harvey's I can remember.
