Well, it reminds me of Rothko. Right now I am unable to trace the title of the painting, but the colours used are so impressive that it was worth loading it up with a query. All help appreciated.

    This picture keeps reminding me of a Japanese woodblock painting of a boat on water, that I saw some months back in a museum.
